Russia postpones the withdrawal from TIR system again.
Russian customs authorities has postponed again their intention to leave the TIR system for road transport till 01/12/13. The news came just couple of days before the plan was due to be implemented on 14/09/13. However TIR was withdrawn for the Siberian and far east customs regions from 14/09/13 as planned.
No. 1 for road transport to Central and Eastern Europe.
